Teeny Tuesday is Arcane Forge's monthly hobby session for young players aged 12 and above. Whether your child is a curious beginner or an experienced hobbyist, each session offers a welcoming, supervised environment to paint, play, and grow.
Sessions take place once per week on a Tuesday, announced in advance in store and online. Each session typically runs 2–3 hours and all materials — paints, brushes, models, game sets, and playing surfaces — are provided by Arcane Forge unless otherwise stated.

Learn to paint miniatures step by step. Staff guide every skill level — total beginners welcome, more experienced painters will still learn new techniques.

Try Warhammer 40K, Age of Sigmar, Kill Team, Spearhead, and more. No models or experience required — we'll teach you everything from scratch.

Discover Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, and other TCGs. Play casual games, learn the rules, explore the hobby at your own pace.
Activities rotate by month or can be chosen freely by the participant on the day. Parents and guardians are welcome to stay on the premises for the duration of any session.

04 · Safety & Safeguarding
Your Child's Safety Comes First
Teeny Tuesday is designed to be a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space. Our safeguarding approach follows standard Dutch youth activity guidelines.
Our Commitments
- All sessions are supervised by at least one staff member or trained volunteer throughout — no session runs unsupervised.
- Arcane Forge staff will never be alone with a single participant in a closed space.
- In the event of an emergency or incident, the supervising staff member will follow Arcane Forge's in-store emergency procedures and contact the parent or guardian immediately using the contact details provided at enrolment.
- Any safeguarding concern observed during a session will be handled in accordance with Arcane Forge's safeguarding policy and, where required, reported to the appropriate Dutch authorities.
- Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Parents and guardians may contact us at any time with concerns about their child's experience.
- Arcane Forge carries public liability insurance covering participants during supervised sessions.
Parents and guardians are welcome to remain on the premises during sessions. You are not required to stay, but you are always welcome.

FAQ
What age is Teeny Tuesday for?
12 and above. Participants aged 16 and over may enrol independently. Participants under 16 require a completed Parental Consent Form on file before their first session.
Does my child need any experience or equipment?
None at all. All materials — paints, brushes, models, game sets, and playing surfaces — are provided by Arcane Forge. Your child just needs to show up.
Can I stay during the session?
Yes — parents and guardians are welcome to remain on the premises for the full duration of any session. You are not required to stay, but you are always welcome.
What if my child misses a session?
Missed sessions are not refunded or carried over — the monthly subscription covers access to the session, not attendance. Please notify us in advance if your child cannot attend. If Arcane Forge cancels a session, enrolled participants will be offered a replacement or a pro-rata credit.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Cancel at any time in store, by email, or via our website. Cancellations made before the next billing date take effect at the end of the current paid month. No partial refunds for unused days.
Is the Parental Consent Form mandatory?
Yes, for participants under 16. The form must be completed and on file before your child's first session.

Can my child bring their own models or cards?
Yes — participants are welcome to bring their own miniatures, paints, or card decks. Arcane Forge accepts no liability for loss of or damage to personal property on the premises.
Is photography allowed?
Arcane Forge may photograph or film Teeny Tuesday sessions for social media and marketing. For participants under 16, photography consent is collected via the Parental Consent Form. We will never publish identifiable images of minors without explicit written parental consent.
