Vallejo Pigment Set (73.191) — Mud & Sand (4 Pigments)

A set of four Vallejo pigment pots in earth tones — the dry, dusty end of the palette. Pigments are pure powdered colour: applied dry for subtle dust and dirt, or fixed with Pigment Binder for permanent, heavier effects.

Perfect for

• Dusty boots, hems and lower legs on infantry
• Mud splatter on vehicles, tracks and wheels
• Desert, wasteland and battlefield bases
• Blending a model into its base so they read as one piece

How to use

1. Pick up a small amount on a dry brush
2. Work it into recesses and across lower surfaces
3. Blow or brush away the excess
4. To fix permanently, apply Vallejo Pigment Binder and let it dry

Pair with

• Vallejo Pigment Binder (26.233) — to fix pigments permanently
• Vallejo Pigment Set — Rust & Corrosion — the metal-damage counterpart
• Vallejo Dry Brush Set — the right tool for applying pigments
