02 · Painting Standards, WYSIWYG & Proxies

Bring Your Best

Painting Standard
  • All teams must be painted to battle-ready standard — at least three colours applied and a painted base.
  • Unpainted models will not be accepted for play.
WYSIWYG & Proxies
  • Proxies are permitted — the model must clearly represent the original and the loadout must match the rules. A gunner with a special weapon needs a visibly different weapon to a standard warrior.
  • Kitbashes and creative conversions are actively encouraged — but your modelling choices should never create confusion for your opponent.
  • A melee operative must look like a melee operative. Not a rocket launcher.
  • If you have any doubts about the legality of your team, contact the TO in advance with photos. We're happy to confirm.
  • Talk your opponent through your models at the start of each game, especially if using proxies. Being open and forthcoming is part of keeping the game enjoyable.
03 · Maps & Missions

Battlefield & Objectives

Missions

Round 1
9. Reboot
Mission action — Reboot (2APL): one inert objective marker the active operative controls is no longer inert. Cannot be performed during the first turning point or within control range of an enemy operative.

Victory Points: at the end of each turning point after the first, score 1VP for each objective marker friendly operatives control. Ignore inert objective markers.
Round 2
8. Data
Compile Data (1APL): one controlled objective marker gains 1 Data point. Cannot be used during the first turning point, within enemy control range, or if the marker already gained a Data point this turn.

Send Data (1APL): remove all Data points from a controlled objective marker. Score VP equal to Data points removed.

Victory Points: at the end of turning points 2 and 3, if you performed more Compile Data actions than your opponent, score 1VP.
Round 3
3. Transmission
Initiate Transmission (1APL): one controlled objective marker is transmitting until the start of the next turning point. Cannot be used during the first turning point or within enemy control range.

Victory Points: at the end of each turning point after the first — score 1VP if friendly operatives control any transmitting markers. Score 1VP more if you control more transmitting markers than your opponent.
