Scale75 Scalecolor Artist — Black & White Paint Set (8 × 17ml)

Eight 17ml pots of Scale75 paint covering the full range from black to white — the set for anyone learning to see value before colour.

A proper greyscale ramp is the single most useful thing a painter can own: it teaches where light actually falls, it underpins grisaille and zenithal methods, and it mixes into any other colour to control tone without muddying hue.

Scale75's formulation is matt and finely pigmented, with strong coverage and a slightly longer working time than most ranges — which suits blending.

• 8 × 17ml pots
• Full black-to-white value range
• Matt finish, high pigment load
• Suits greyscale underpainting, glazing and value studies
