Before You Arrive
- Tourplay account required. The tournament runs entirely through Tourplay — bring a device that can open the website or app. WiFi is available at the venue.
- NAF membership required. Purchasable on the day for €5 if you don't already have one.

Awards & closing
Keeping to Time
- Both coaches are responsible for finishing their game within 2h15. A chess clock helps.
- If the round ends before your game is over, you and your opponent agree an outcome — or the organisers will do it for you.
Points & Tiebreakers
Pairings follow the Swiss system — winner versus winner, loser versus loser — avoiding rematches.

What Counts as a Casualty
- Any casualty you cause — via Blocks, Fouls, Surfing, Secret Weapons or Throw Team-Mate.

- Score in direct confrontations
- TD difference
- CAS difference in direct confrontations

- Team Value — lowest is best
Miniatures & Conduct
Proxies & Unpainted Teams
- Proxies are not allowed. Your miniatures should resemble what they are supposed to be — if it looks like a goblin, it should be one.
- Positionals must be easily recognisable. In doubt about what you're planning to bring? Contact us beforehand.
- Playing a team that isn't fully painted? Your opponent gains 3 free dedicated fans.
Pitch & Dice
- Please bring a pitch and dice. Use dice that can be easily read from a distance.
- You must always let your opponent roll with your dice if they wish to do so.
- Agree what counts as a cocked die with your opponent before the game starts.
- We recommend a dice cup or tower to avoid the problem entirely.

- Coaches are not allowed any apps or devices to calculate chances during their game.

No Alcohol
- The venue does not hold an alcohol licence. No alcohol may be consumed on the premises — including anything brought from outside.
